Whether you are looking to run your first 10K or if you want to become a better ultramarathoner, you can benefit from an experienced coach. Most clients come to me for personalized run coaching, but I can also help with aspects of triathlon.

Running over age 40

As a grand master (over 50) runner who is still competing and winning races, I know the struggles many older runners face. Injuries, work and personal pressures, and the aging process create issues that younger runners don’t experience.

Lifestyle and training

There are many factors that affect your running abilities and training capabilities including personal stress, eating and drinking habits, monthly cycles and menopause, and sleep quality. I’m not a therapist or a doctor, but I understand how these issues affect your ability to train and compete. You are encouraged to discuss only those details you are comfortable sharing, but I’ll help you understand how they affect your running.

Seasonal Running Camps

Our typical running camps are comprehensive, multi-day events that help you prepare for ultra races on the Superior Hiking Trail. Camps include shared lodging, meals, transportation to/from trailheads on the Superior 100 racecourse, and group runs of varying abilities and speeds.
